Complete machine warranty, fixed follow-up, lifelong maintenance

Provide complete machine warranty, host warranty, consumables and vulnerable parts warranty in accordance with the national "Three Guarantees Service Policy" and manufacturer regulations. Please refer to the product warranty card for details. Within seven days, if the machine is damaged due to non human factors, you can request a return, replacement, or repair from our company. Our company also provides lifelong maintenance services for customers.

Regular tracking: After the project acceptance is completed, our company will regularly track the product usage by phone and on-site, listen to opinions and suggestions, timely analyze system problems, and provide solutions at any time. If necessary, our company will dispatch technical personnel to the site to solve existing problems.
