Warranty Details

All products purchased and sold by our company enjoy a one-year warranty period from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, users can enjoy free after-sales repair services with valid San Bao vouchers and valid purchase invoices. Host return and exchange matters: If the consumer uses the machine normally and the machine malfunctions due to product quality issues, the consumer should present a valid purchase invoice and three guarantees certificate:

(1) Within seven days from the purchase date, it can be returned, replaced, or repaired;

(2) Within fifteen days, machines of the same model and specification can be repaired or replaced at the corresponding product service center;

Scope of Exemption from Warranty Liability

(1) Exceeding the warranty period

(2) No valid purchase invoice and San Bao voucher

(3) Machine damage caused by human factors

(4) Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or repair without authorization from the after-sales service center
